What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I think that the secret is getting to know clients a bit so it is easier too gauge what 'makes them tock' and thus what type of photographs they like. But it should always be a collaboration and a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It really does depend on the project and the client. Often i will ask wedding clients if they have seen pictures which they really like or inspire them . I don't want to recreate other images, but it is a goo indicator of style and approach.
What do you love most about your job?
i love meeting lots of new people and producing beautiful images for clients
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be honest it sort of happened by accident I got asked to do a few jobs and got paid a little and then realise how much i enjoyed it.It sort of snowballed from there.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am often asked that question , or worse why am i am better photographer than someone else. To be honest i always find it difficult because there are lots off decent photographers out there and i will never claim to be the best. I suppose when choosing any photographer the choice comes down to a personal opinion, so (i hope) that people will choose me because (while i am am 100% confident i can do a good job with their photography) , they will also be able to get on with me and thus enjoy the experience
