I needed to stop smoking in a hurry so although I had wanted to for a long time I hadnt really set a date. Knowing that I really had to stop suddenly - for health reasons - gave me a focus. I wasnt at all sure that I could do it but Colin was reassuring. I felt very supported during my therapy. When I stopped I was so motivated to stay 'clean' that I surprised myself !
