We have now had two projects handled by Cole and Fox. One project involved the refurbishing of one of our a rental properties and the other a personal project i.
e the dining room.
In both instances our requirements were listened to whilst on site. Ideas and enhancements in light of our needs were suggested and discussed. Following this, a well presented mood board was sent to us and we were delighted with the ideas for all aspects of the upgrade of the rental property, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner, bedrooms and hall.
The design for the dining room, which encompassed decoration and soft furnishings was delightful.
We look forward to working with them again.

Kate has a great eye for interior design, she is really personable with it and listened to what I wanted. What’s your interior design process?
What to Expect;
- Initially we will have a short informal chat on the phone or over email.
Depending on what service you are looking for will depend on the next steps, below is an example of a full interior design package process.
- We will send you a Welcome Questionnaire via email for you to fill in which will allow me to get to know you, your family, your home & your style prior to meeting you.
- Face to Face Consultation (90 Minutes) in your home, where we can discuss you ideas, your allocated budget for the project and your timescales.
- Measured Survey; we will take photos of the existing layout and take room measurements.
- Complete Design Package bespoke to your requirements

Transforming peoples homes in to somewhere they look forward to coming back to and spending time in.
A home should be a reflection of the personalities of the people who live there. Its not about my style and pushing it onto my clients its about the clients vision for their house the way they want to live in it. Changing home decor can be life changing to many people, your home should be your happy place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a genuine passion for interiors and property, so much so that over the last 7 years I have been renovating numerous properties, some small cosmetic projects and some larger complete renovation projects that have required the use of architects and required planning permissions etc. Putting homes together and ensuring all spaces flow together is something I find comes naturally to me.
Along with renovating property I have been working with a bespoke flooring retailer conducting design appointments based around flooring choices in a showroom in Durham, this is something I love doing and doesn't feel like work as I enjoy assisting clients create beautiful spaces, its something that I find rewarding
