Cohesive Therapy helped to heal my heart, body, and mind. It started with my interview with her as a physical therapist. I requested a massage from her and it was my first massage ever. Her work penetrated into my heart and she could feel my emotions. I always felt safe with her and eventually became her full time employee. She took care of me when my husband was out of the state and had compassion on me without any judgement. She healed my whiplash, taught me how to do feel the body, and empowered me to become the best physical therapy doctor I could be. She lives by faith, trusts in God, and selflessly gives generously. She also taught me how to be rooted and to go deep into the soul with her body work and her yoga and the way she speaks. I look forward to more adventures ! This is a game changer. Recently starting cupping therapy with Dr. Yusha Neuman. After the first session, I noticed impressive results. I've had endometriosis since I was a teenager and I've tried many different things to bring relief. My cupping and acupuncture sessions with Dr. Neuman brought a wave of pain and tenseness relief I felt the next morning. I would recommend cupping for anyone. If you're experiencing tightness or pain, cupping feels different from massage in that it feel like it's corrective in a more aggressive (tackle-the-problem areas) kind of way. I have experienced longer term relief from muscle tightness and soreness in areas I knew were bothering me as well as in areas I didn't even realize were a problem. It's amazing how well I feel after the sessions. Dr. Neuman has also been so helpful in teaching me stretches, foam roller exercises and lacrosse ball exercises. More...

After I posted my first review, I was contacted by the owner who explained why there was a lapse in customer service. I went yesterday for the fascia blaster wrap treatment. This experience was nothing like my last one. The whole process was explained to me before we started. The treatment itself was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I have already booked my next appointment. So glad I gave this place a second chance.First review posted July 8, 2019:Really shady place. I bought a groupon for 2 fascia blaster wraps. At no point from the time I made the appointment to when I was at the massage table was I informed that I would not be gxetting the service that I paid for. It wasn’t until I asked what a fascia blaster wrap is, just before the treatment was to begin, that I was informed that they did not offer that treatment anymore. Instead the therapist told me that the session would be a “surprise session”. I was quite taken aback by that but at that point I was already in the room and had taken the afternoon off so I went ahead with it. I should have objected right then and there - that was my mistake. I did not come prepared for the type of treatment that followed. It was painful and uncomfortable. It could be that I needed it but the fact is that it is not what I wanted or paid for at all. I wrote to them and gave them time to fix this but management has been unresponsive. I will never go to this place or recommend this place to anyone. More...

They do a very good job at making you feel Welcome. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to other massage companies but you get much more from Cohesive Therapy Healing than just a normal Swedish massage, they have a great mix of Eastern and Western methods and modalities combined into a unique experience. It was a lovely massage, and the experience included time in the infrared sauna, hot stones, dry brushing, and cupping— several of which were new for me. Wow! I have had massages and accupuncture from 4 therapists here so far and everyone is amazing. I love how in one treatment I can get a bunch of modalities used on me. I have gone to many therapists in the past but this is different because all of the tools used in one session really creates a well rounded healing that my body needs to leave feeling fullfilled. Great deep tissue massage. I’m bruised up today which is why I rated 4 stars. However, I feel better that I have in years. My neck was messed up from car accident a few years ago. My neck is unlocked and feels great. My shoulder blades are sore to touch from bruise but I sit at a computer for 10-12 hours a day so I needed a lot of pressure to release. I have been a Cohesive client for 2 years and the massage experience is consistently superior. The atmosphere is tranquil. The staff are exceptional, giving personal attention, by listening to the client specific problem. The Massage Therapist use education along with many treatment modalities combining Western and Eastern massage techniques to solve the issue, it's not just a massage. I have been seeing Heather at Cohesive Therapy. I have numerous issues with muscle strain and pain. She has really helped me. I wanted to work on my sciatica pain at first which was such a relief to my pain. I was able to go on a long vacation and walk without pain! Now I go to get continued health in my soft tissues. Massage is painful because of my body issues but I know it is good for me and I really feel the change! I am thankful to have found such a good place that is covered by my insurance. The times and the services are flexible which I really appreciate. I have tried cupping, a new vehicle for me. Very nice people and accommodating to the clients. This space is lovely and instantly soothing and the massage treatment by Gepina was amazing.  I wouldn't describe it as a relaxing massage as she combines all sorts of therapy into her technique so that it feels more like a serious treatment.  I walked out of there feeling lighter and younger and with no pain anywhere from head to toe.  I can't wait to go back. As an LMT I've been taking some one-on-one classes with Gepina Caterina. She knows her stuff! Her anatomy is spot on, and my skills have improved so much since I started learning from her. She puts a lot of emphasis on saving the therapist's body, and she walks the walk by taking care of herself as well. The hot stone work and bodywork I've gotten from her has been amazing. She also talks through what she's doing, so I always learn something new when she works on my body.
