We just used them for my Daughter’s wedding in Prineville this weekend. They did an amazing job of setting up, serving and tearing down. Cody did such a fabulous job for my daughter's wedding in September 2018. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. When my daughter and I went in for a tasting we were amazed by the yummy food Cody prepared for us. The groom was not with us that day and was still not on board so Cody invited him for his own special tasting. One bite and Ben was sold! Our food arrived at our remote location right on time and our guests absolutely LOVED it. Thanks Cody for helping to make our special day the best it could be! You are truly a pleasure to work with! We used Cody's catering for our son's rehearsal dinner in Camp Sherman. From beginning to end he was so easy to work with. He had a tasting for us which was delicious and one of our favorite planning meetings. While Cody's BBQ is some of the best we have ever had it was how he reacted to a huge mistake ( probably our mistake) which makes us know that he is incredible! Our dinner was in Camp Sherman ( 40 minutes from Bend) on a Friday night. At about 5:00pm my husband and I started to wonder where he was, long story short he had it for the next day. He dropped everything ( had everything already prepared) heated the food and drove it there and was set upped and serving by 7:45. Our guests had no idea and Cody single handily served 106 people without letting on how difficult the past two hours were. It was epic and delicious! You can definitely count on Cody! More...

Cody and his team were able to make our dream wedding menu while staying within our budget! Our food was delicious and everyone raved about it. We even had a ton of leftovers at the end of the night! we had a buffet style meal with servers, and Cody's team helped the line move quickly and keep everyone satisfied. Cody and team, �� and � A+ food and service. This is according to more of the 200+ guests at our wedding than I knew cared about the food. Same outspoken praise from the handful who are in the food industry and from one executive chef of a downtown Portland spot from North Carolina, who said he was blown away by the Carolina pulled pork. We asked Cody if he could cook and serve what we had in mind. He said, yes, gave us a taste test a couple weeks later, adapted to the feedback, then served a delicious and welcoming spread. The menu was: Gourmet All Beef Hot Dog & Sausage Buffet Carolina Pulled Pork Cody’s Famous Baked Beans Carolina Vinegar Coleslaw 4 Cheese Mac-n-Cheese Cornbread with Butter Watermelon, Mint and Feta salad Baby Kale Salad "The food" was topic or rave and a bigger positive difference in the overall than we probably even know. Best food truck around. Great sandwiches and amazing staff. I am a sucker for the pulled pork but the Tri-strami and the Cuban are awesome. So far I haven't had a bad thing there yet. So glad I stopped by, the food is amazing! We are pretty particular about our bbq and Cody nailed it. Tried the ribs and the pulled pork plate. First, the sauce is Saint Louis style so medium thickness and delicious. Ribs were perfectly cooked, nice. The pulled pork was the big standout though, best I've ever had!
