There are a few key factors that will make up a great website the first one would be "load speed" if your website is slow visitors aren't going to wait around for it to load up especially if they are using a mobile phone.
The second factor would be a clean and simple layout that looks good on both desktop and mobile devices.
The third factor is what are you asking your visitors to do? Listing out consistent "call to actions" will improve conversion rates on your website if you don't tell or hit at visitors what you'd like them to do how do you expect them to do what you want them to do?
Last but not least "Quality Content" Google and other search engines pay attention to how long visitors are sticking around on your website and one way to keep visitors around is to provide them with value this could be anything from informational blogs posts to free products. If your providing visitors with value not only will they stay on your site and show search engines the site worth showing other people but a visitor may also share your site with a friend.
