My fiancé and I are getting married on 2/22/2020 and Cocktails Catering was the preferred caterer for our venue. It was no question as to who we wanted to go with after we got a look at the menu and what they offer. From the start Alycia was excellent, she’s very informative and helpful. Wedding planning can be really stressful but she made this process so easy and enjoyable! We booked a tasting and they kindly allow 2 additional guests so my fiancé and I brought along my parents for second opinions. The chef came out and explained each and every dish and sauce in great length. You can really see how passionate he is about the quality of his food. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the hardest part was deciding what to serve. My fiancé is Colombian so it was important for us to add a little Latin flair to the menu, which was very easy to accommodate. Being that my venue works so frequently with Cocktails Catering I breathed a huge sigh of relief when hearing them explain the day of process. 5 stars for amazing service, impeccable food and a wonderful experience. We used cocktails for our 10/4 wedding. Guests loved the food and the food we got was good also. My only complaint is the cleaning up. As the bride and groom we got up to take pictures in the middle of dinner for sunset hour. When we came back we took a few more bites and went to do the speeches. Our food was picked gone when there was 80% left. A lot of my nieces and nephews had colored pictures for us with their wedding coloring book. I thought they’d be safe at our table. Those were also tossed. At our guest tables they all had individual wooden carved names. While guests were dancing they were taken and thrown away. Both our mothers are very upset about the things they gathered to take home simply were tossed. That’s our only gripe. Presentation, staff, meetings everything went well. We recently used Cocktails Catering for our wedding in Kissimmee ,Florida on 7.20.19 and we were very impressed. From the beginning to the end, Special shout out to Brittany W. for setting the contract up and the company for working with us. I think the prices were fair. Also - Everything was professional from start to finish to the setup and take down. There was no stress involved with this company. The bartenders present were very friendly and we received nothing but good compliments about them; especially about Adam, After meeting Adam I see why - He was super friendly and personable. Cocktails Catering provided amazing food and service at our May 16th wedding at Paradise Cove! We worked with Alycia and she was great about communicating and coordinating all the little details. We had our menu tasting back in January and we all loved everything we got to try so it was hard to select a menu! They worked with us on our vision and incorporating changes along the way. I even visited a second time to take a look at the linens and table setup again and Alycia was super accommodating and answered all of my questions.The food on our wedding day as absolutely DELICIOUS!! We had a buffet and it ran very smoothly. All the guests were raving about the skirt steak, potatoes au gratin, and Brussels sprouts!The staff did a great job serving our food and cake. We also hired bar services from them and the experience was wonderful! The bartender made great drinks and made our signature drinks perfectly! After being referred to Cocktails by one of my bridesmaids, I was so glad to see them on the list of approved catering companies at our venue. We have been working with Brittany, and she has helped to make the planning process go smoothly, from designing our reception tables to promptly responding to all of our questions and emails. The food is so good that we have joked about going there for dinner during the week, and we are very excited for our guests to enjoy a delicious meal at our wedding. We hired Cocktails Catering for our wedding in March. We had a buffet for dinner and we were concerned because well... wedding food is never that good. We were truly surprised by how amazing the food and service was! Some of the highlights: while my husband and I were taking photos, they brought us hor d'oeuvers then had extra on our sweetheart table. They brought us our own plates and got our drinks (we used them for the bar too). We had salmon and brisket, rice, potatoes and salad for our main meal and they were all delicious! Our guests have continued to talk about the food, even 3 months later! They decorated the buffet table which was beautifully and elegantly decorated. We also had them handle our center pieces which were simple and beautiful. I cannot explain how wonderful the entire experience was with Cocktails. Wow is an understatement! I have seen so many incredible venues that they have in a short time turned from an empty room in to a warm beautiful place ready for any event. The food looks and taste like home cooked holiday dinners. Customers are so happy and relaxed knowing all they need to do enjoy their guest. My overall experience with Cocktails was absolutely wonderful! I worked with Alycia and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very communicative. Cocktails was great to work with as a whole since they offer food, tables, chairs, plating, linens and just about anything else you could need. If they don't offer it, they will help you find it! My guests had only good things to say about the food, drinks and staff. My only complaint was that I did not get a chance to eat any appetizers, which isn't the end of the world, but if it's something you want to make sure happens, I would request it beforehand. We recently used cocktails catering services for our wedding on 3/2/2019. The entire experience from my first inquiry up to the bartender cleaning up after the event was awesome. The staff is very quick to reply to emails, even when my primary associate was out of the office. They were patient with answering questions and assisting me in selecting the right bar service for our needs. Our bartender, Mick, was an absolute joy and helped make our reception a fun environment. My husband and I wanted a cocktail-style wedding and found that Cocktails Catering had a great selection of options at an affordable price. Our coordinator Amanda was very friendly and sharp, and helped us make decisions along the way. We ended up doing two tastings prior to our wedding and were glad that we did. We definitely got compliments on the delicious food and variety! The caterers, however, did run late and our cocktail hour ended up being longer than we'd planned. The staff was also supposed to pass around glasses of champagne when the guests arrived to minimize a rush to the bar, but there was a delay on that as well. Overall though, it all worked itself out. We used Cocktails Catering for our wedding this past October and we could not have asked to work with a better company. A friend I worked with actually used them for their wedding around the same time and we would swap tasting stories! We worked with Alicia and she was so helpful with every question and every session. Chris & Leah Burkett, my son and daughter-in-law choose a venue that recommended Cocktails Catering. We checked around, did the food taste and decided to hire them. Boy are we so glad! The quality of food, the flavor, the presentation, the personnel, EVERYTHING was 1st class. We had Garlic Whiskey Chicken and Beef Brisket, Parmesan Crusted Potatoes, Vegetable Medley and all was very, very good. As Photographer vendors, we have been at over 400 events in the last few years with plenty of high price 5 Star hotels, Disneys, Hiltons, Marriotts, Grand Bohemian, etc. While many of those had nice meals, we did not think they were any better than Cocktails Catering and we strongly recommend you hire them.
