Understanding the clients needs and expectations' after that anything is possible to match or better them.

I love all aspects of what we do, that's why I opened my company over 15 years ago
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for catering companies, while learning from them, I learnt that there was a gap in the market for temp skilled staff, the staff are a key aspect in serving and no matter how great the food is if you have ineffective staff or no staff at all to service the guests, it ruins the ambiance, So we started a staffing solutions company in 2006 and expanded into other areas from there.

Clients should choose Cocktails & Caviar not only for our amazing service and the excellence we offer. Clients should choose Cocktails and Caviar because we hire local and support our communities around us. We are big into giving back and assisting the communities. With the COVID 19 outbreak, it has been difficult for many families in our communities to stay afloat. Being given the opportunity to do your functions we are able to hire more people and provide jobs and training to those needing an income. We cater for small or large functions.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We currently have no online services, we do however offer all our quoting and bookings online in order to plan and go ahead with your functions should you not be able to meet us in person.
Remotely is an absolute yes! Our branded 4x4's can get to any venue no matter what and where it is, we have done weddings in the bushes next to lions, nothing surprises us when it comes to remote functions we have done it all!!! Our challenge to you is to surprise us on your unusual event location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all Covid Protocol, we also have exciting new grazing (snack) boxes in order to substitute the gathering around buffet tables. Ask for more info and we will gladly assist.

Catering Our focus is Spit Braais and Braais as we work with all the top catering companies any thing we cant do they will assist so we can take on any size or style of catering and insure you will match with the right catering company based on your budget, style and requirements.
