My rating is based purely on communication with Cobalt prior to engaging them to manage our property. As of today, they haven't even seen the property yet let alone manage it so I cannot comment on that.
However, regarding initial contact and communication, they were thorough, detailed and time efficient. They would say when they were going to call and then call you at that time. If they said they'd email within the hour, they did. They answered all my questions in a helpful and knowledgeable way. So far, so good and much appreciated.
Add that level of service to their competitive pricing plus the fact that they are located close to our property, it was and easy choice.
