A year after fitting the bathroom the shower screen started to leak and the skirting split, also where they fitted sink unit incorrectly water has dripped onto the unit and that’s now also split. In October I called/texted coastline numerous times to get them to fix the issues but they didn’t return any of my messages so the problem has got worse. I tried again to get in touch over the next month and they DID eventually get back to me and eventually we booked a date/time for them to fix the bathroom...but they didn’t turn up! Numerous times I gave them the option of just recommending someone else to me to fix the bathroom they’d fitted but as per was ignored. Basically don’t expect any level of customer care once they’ve fitted your bathroom as you’ll be disappointed- sadly i feel they are only interested in the initial/lucrative job. More...

Fantastic job on our bathroom, happy to do any changes along the way. Turned up and completed the job almost on time ( not their fault it was delayed slightly this was due to delayed delivery of tiles) would definitely recommend Shane and the boys.

What do you love most about your job?
Working for and meeting different people every day. Getting people out of trouble and helping them have lovely bathrooms and heating systems is great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad was a plumber/ Heating engineer too! He trained me and now my son works for me. A lovely family business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I genuinely care!! Unlike some. The whole ‘cowboy builders’ thing infuriated me. I take great pride in my work. If you want a bodge job done - I’m not your man.
