How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet, along with being physically active, having good sleep habits, and finding ways to relieve stress are very important to having good health. I help my clients improve all of these lifestyle habits through taking small steps and slowly building on those steps to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The program includes:
Your own personal health coach for guidance, support, and accountability.
Strategic daily nutrition practices that fit your lifestyle.
Expert-designed exercise programs, customized to your skill level, goals, and time available.
Your own private account that can be accessed on desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
The exercise program can be done in a gym or at home. You receive written instructions as well as pictures and videos with verbal instructions of the exercises.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working together with a client to figure out challenges and how to work around those challenges. And, of course, I enjoy celebrating successes with my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had several friends who asked me to start providing online fitness training and weight loss coaching because they have hectic schedules and didn't want to meet with a trainer or coach at specific times. They wanted to be able to access me, their workouts, and their nutrition information when it was convenient for them. The online convenience of the program also allows friends who don't live in the same area to go through the coaching program together.
