I engaged with Sinead to work on my 2020 Strategy and what came out of that session was something that pleasantly scared me ; -) It scared me to think I had such plans and ideas held inside that were just waiting to be discovered and released. I've been working with Sinead for much of this year, meeting every six weeks or so. Mine is a business start up that combines elements of sales and service. Sinead has helped me to keep focused whilst reminding me that my dream is neither too big nor impossible. Sinead is the ultimate sounding board (and sometimes counsellor) and her knowledge and experience are proving an invaluable guide for me. I would highly recommend a coaching session with Sinead to anyone who has launched their own business or is thinking about doing so, her sessions challenge you to really think about where you are at and where you want to go. I really did get so much out of this and came out with a new dynamic business model and the direction i needed to get my business where i want it to be. The session made me focus on what i wanted the business to be and the steps to get it there and make it a strong brand and service. It helped me to streamline my services and put them together in a more cohesive way to compliment each other as well as achievable growth plans to create a path forward for the business and build on this and be able to see what new additions can be added as it grows as well as a new insight into my target market and lead generation plans. The session also made me realise how far i have already come and i left with a renewed sense of accomplishment and confidence in myself and my brand feeling motivated to get out there and achieve what i have set out to do and make a name for the business. I feel like i now have clarity for the road ahead with an achievable plan in place with step by step to do lists broken down in a manageable and productive way and i am excited to see where it goes! I went to Sinead for business coaching as I felt I had a million things to do with no direction and I was spending a lot of time doing but felt I was not using my time and energy efficiently. Sinead helped me take a step back and realise what I have achieved so far and acknowledged that, she gave me the tools which helped me to organise my time better to achieve more and work smarter, not longer.I am now much clearer on where I want to be with my business and my personal goals and values and my confidence and belief in myself has increased.
