Lost a load of fat since attending coachPearse classes! They are always fun and different but furthermore they're informative and he explains how each exercise benefits your body which allows you to train more productively when you are on your own. I have done some private training sessions with Dan and i was very impressed. not only did he tailor the sessions to suit my needs, he also introduced to me the benefits of monitoring my heart rate, keeping it at a specific level for fat burning or increasing my cardiovascular performance through out my sessions.
It allowed me to keep a log of my own performance and how many calories i had burnt>
He has also helped open my eyes to better nutrition and i strongly recommend his services.
