Mandy believes coaching is not only for executives and CEOs. Her mission is make coaching accessible to wider groups of people including young adults, new managers, women who want to get into leadership roles with the aim that coaching supports people to open doors for opportunities that empower them to live their best life. Transition coaching supports individuals to gain confidence to handle big changes, move forward in their ambitions and make authentic choices to live their best life. Examples of areas Mandy coaches in include transition into work for first time, career coaching and future planning, resilience and stress management, being promoted, or new to a leadership role, returning to work after a period of absence and building confidence, communication skills, including successful confident conversations.

Mandy’s coaching is interactive, using validated models and exercises based on theories from neuroscience, positive psychology, solution-focussed and transpersonal coaching and mindfulness practice. As well as being a qualified coach Mandy is also a certified True Colors® trainer, a personality profiling tool to support developing emotional intelligence in individuals and teams.
