I highly recommend Bryan as a top notch trainer in Dallas. His approach is scientific, tailored to what you want to achieve, and recognizes that your workout is a supplement to your already full life. I travel regularly for work and was struggling to maintain a routine, but Bryan was able to help me develop a plan that I could follow anywhere I went. I would highly recommend Bryan Watson for anyone who is looking to reach any type of health or physical goal. Personally, he has helped me to not only lose weight but get stronger and eat healthier. I've been training with Bryan for 2 years now. He has an easy going personality, which means he's open-minded and willing to adapt workouts to your preference. He's helped expose me to a variety of movements, and it's helped me learn what I like, where my weaknesses are, and what I dislike. I recommend Bryan if you're looking for a Coach who is supportive, adaptive, and very friendly. He's easy to get ahold of via text, email, or over the phone. I trained with Bryan for over a year and highly recommend him as one of the best trainers in the Dallas area. I lost 15-20 lbs under his direction, and gained confidence with myself in return. Not only does he have extensive knowledge and experience, but he makes working FUN! I consider him like a big brother, as we talked through struggles and triumphs in between workouts. He’s an amazing family man and an overall genuine and heartfelt guy. I have been with a Bryan for over 4yrs & he has impacted my life not only as a trainer but a friend. He truly listens to you & creates a workout just for you based on what you are looking for, unlike some trainers who hit copy & paste all day. Bryan is a personable, professional, knowledgeable, effective, and motivating personal trainer who I have had the pleasure of working with! Before training with Bryan, I was feeling discouraged about reaching my fitness goals. I had been experiencing escalating pain in my hip, knee, and lower back for decades and was deciding to retire from distance running - an activity that has been an integral part of my life since childhood. In addition to the physical limitations I was experiencing, 10 years of long work days, not working out consistently, and less than healthy eating habits had taken a toll on my physical stamina and physique. I was finding myself feeling less motivated and less optimistic about reaching my fitness goals which started to seem too far away and less realistic. At the start of 2018 - I took back control of my body and nutrition with the help of Bryan Watson. Training with Bryan over the past 6 months - - - I feel like myself again!! - - - Over the course of training, I have made significant improvements in my physical health. Not only do I feel better about the way I look, my physical well-being has me feeling 10 years younger - - my body feels stronger, I have better physical stamina, I am eating healthier, and my lower extremity pain is practically non-existent. 5/5 stars. This guy knows how to get things done. My goal was to lose 20 pounds in four weeks. Because I travel every week for work, eating healthy is a challenge. Maintaining a gym routine is also difficult since I'm constantly on the go. Bryan came up with an eating/exercising routine that I could fit into my schedule during the week without being too disruptive to my current routine. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lifting weights. He showed me how to do a few different weight lifting moves using simple weight machines (i.e. those you find a hotel or apartment gym), and by using the right technique, you could work out several muscle groups at once. I really liked his techniques because it meant I could do a work out in just twenty minutes.Bryan also has a simple way to keep track of your progress, which is great to keep you accountable and motivated.As a result, I lost over 23 pounds and now feel happier than ever. I love Bryan! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to change their nutrition or who needs a push in the right direction when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Bryan is an outstanding trainer, very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition. I started working with him in May and I must say I'm very satisfied with my results so far. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results.
