How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I believe in building a sound base in overall strength. I feel this provides an excellent foundation for all fitness related goal. Whether it be towards body fat loss, muscle gain or athletic development.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Hard work, consistency and sustainable lifestyle choices.
What do you love most about your job?
People! I love working with people and seeing them develop and move towards a goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because the health and fitness industry is broken. This has been done over years of fad diets and quick fixes. I want to offer a better and more comprehensive service.
