We had a blank canvas to add lighting and security to our new garden. Craig and his Team discussed options with us and have planned and delivered a fully controlled lighting experience covering 7 remote control options for the lighting, including a water feature. It allows us to have different lights on at different times dependent upon the light needed and time of year. Adds security to our garden. I would recommend Craig and his team to anyone with electric gates in the Edinburgh area, they have been maintaining my gates for a couple of years now and do such a good job at fixing any problems I have with them and also servicing them on a yearly basis. I have had many issues with my gates which they have always managed to fix quickly and affordably. Craig has made recommendations to rectify these issues which him and his team have carried out all the works for to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price, always communicating with me at all times. We recently engaged with Craig Manson and his team during the first phase of a large renovation project we were doing in our home. Craig and his team tackled everything electrical for us from simply installing new lights and sockets to more complex rewiring and installation of electric underfloor heating systems. At all times Craig engaged in a professional manner, providing a high quality service at a sensible price and also provided real flexibility in his availability, this was critical to us as he was working around many other trades over a period of a few weeks. What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the look on customers faces on completion of our installs, and also receiving positive messages about the work we have carried out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing a gap in the market for superior products installed to a high standard. I have came across countless poor and inexcusable installs, so knew with the attention to detail and high standard I work to I could have a successful business. Customers want someone they can rely on to do the job right, first time.
Why should our clients choose you?
Attention to detail - we don’t walk away from a job until we are happy, which in turn means the customer is happy.
Good communication - we liaise with the customer from start to finish, we are always on the end of the phone for anything.
Price - we are competitively priced, by all means we aren’t the cheapest option out there, but we are confident we give the best value for money, we don’t skimp on materials or labour and regularly spend a day or 2 over our budget making sure the job is done right, whereas most would rush the job and get out on time so as not to lose out, we stay until it is done the highest possible standard with no extra cost to the customer.
