Easter hunt. Started off great. However, we were left in barn with 3yrs old children that we’re getting annoyed with waiting for the horse ride. When asking for assistance, a man in office stated ‘ nothing to do with him’ offered no support as he could see we were upset. Finally, found an amazing member of staff ‘ Trina? And her mum. They were fantastic! Couldn’t do enough for us. The kids loved them. Took an hour and bit to get on a horse but Trina and her mum made the waiting very enjoyable. They are truly beautiful people, with kind hearts. Will definitely be going back. Events don’t always go smoothly but the staff couldn’t do enough. Thank you. X More...

We won the competition for a two night stay for 4 people. So we arrived with our family of four. I had added extras onto our booking too like travel cot and high chair for free which were waiting for us. We also had a lovely welcome pack of fresh Welsh cakes, lager, milk and teas/coffee etc. Such a nice touch! The rooms were a good size and comfy beds. Lots of extras like tea towel, washing up liquid/ some dishwasher tablets etc too. My eldest loved the fact it was an upside down house as we were staying in the Hayloft. The weather was awful on the first day so just ventured into Swansea and the LC2 with great pools and soft play. The second day was a different story and great views from the balcony! First thing my eldest had the new introduction to a pony experience which he loved as got to groom Harvey and then go for a walk around the grounds. Then give him a little treat after. We then went into the mumbles and Gower area all very close by! Would love to return in the summer and check out the beaches! More...

We visited last summer and did the challenge assault course as part of a hen do. We got unlucky with the weather, torrential rain and hail for parts (! !) but our guide was unperturbed, bride trotted out in her wedding dress and we had so much fun!!! Unfortunately, despite all looking forward to showers when we got back, the storm has knocked out the water supply! We showered under barely there dribbles of water but in a way it just added to the hilarity of the afternoon! The lovely staff warmed us up afterwards with tea and coffee in place of a shower, and a brilliant time was had by all! The course was the right level of difficulty for us (8 girls, all in our mid twenties) and there was plenty of mud!! Get ready to get dirty!! Would highly recommend as a hen do activity, and a wedding dress is also a must, for the fun of it ;) (Try Ebay) Someone mentioned afterwards that had they thought if it, they'd have got hold of a bridesmaid dress for me too, but thankfully it was too late.... ;) Thank you Challenge Valley, from a very happy hen crew (8 months on!) :) More...

And have visited around 10 times since then. The mud stinks and gets all over you. There are showers and changing rooms both open plan but could be better. The course is a fair course of challenge and fun. There is so much potential there. Don't wear your best clothes, maybe old compression gear. But definitely fun. More...
