Creative landscaping and property maintenance

Clyde and his team completed a rather large landscaping job for us which included building a supporting brick wall, laying two large patio areas, building 2 sets of steps, flattening a lawn with a brick path perimeter and a flower bed border.
Clyde and his team worked extremely hard to completely transform our space and we are so happy with the results!
They were able to start the job almost immediately and compared to other quotes we had they were excellent value for money.

Clyde contacted me asking to look at the job. He turned up on the Tuesday and took his measurements and listed to what we had in mind.

He said he would get his quote to me by the weekend. I’ve contacted Clyde each day since the weekend chasing up the quote. He hasn’t replied so I guess he doesn’t want or need the work.

Clyde and the team have done an incredible job completely transforming my garden - it was previously submerged in water for at least 6months of the the year and totally unusable. Now, through their expertise, skill and care and attention, it is a totally usable space and feels like an extension of the house. Clyde responded quickly and came to assess the project that we had in mind. He gave us time to consider his ideas and weigh up the pros and cons of all the quotes we received without ever putting pressure on us. As soon as we were ready and the details of the work agreed, his team turned up and quickly set to work. They were always friendly, polite and Clyde instils a remarkable work ethic that everyone follows. Our project was far from easy but whenever a problem came up, a solution was found. Clyde kept us up to date with everything that was going on and as well as always leaving things neat and tidy at the end of the day he was always keen to ensure that none of the neighbours were adversely affected by the substantial amount of work going on in the garden. An example of his thoughtfulness was when it became impossible to complete the work without digging up my mature hydrangea, Clyde carefully put the roots in a bucket (it survived - he really does have green fingers!) and he also bought me a new one to replant alongside it!
The garden now looks so amazing, the neighbours have booked Clyde to come and do theirs as well. I would advise anyone who is wanting a garden makeover to give Clyde a call. The wall, balustrade and the porcelain paving look great but as well as all of this, Clyde loves gardening! More...

Clyde responded to my request straight away . He was always available to speak to me and discuss my project . I was happy with his quote and he started the work when I requested. His team turned up on the date agreed and someone was here everyday. They were all very helpful and worked very hard . They were happy to adjust the plans as we went along and nothing was to much trouble. The job was finished in good time and I’m very happy with the results. After 4 months of trying to get someone, anyone, to give us a quote for landscaping our garden. we got in contact with Clyde and his team through bark. com
What a great bunch of lads they are. From start to finish they have been nothing but professional. The weather has not been the best for building works, but they have cracked on with the job (even creating a shelter to work beneath). Clyde kept us informed of any problems that cropped up and sorted them out with no drama.

I wanted a patio of porcelain to replace the stone one that had been down for 28 years. Clyde’s team arrived when they said they would and removed the existing patio. There was a delay before the Marshall porcelain was delivered but Clyde’s team arrived an hour later and it took them four day’s to complete the work. They were skilled, efficient and polite. Quick responce and very helpful

We recently moved into a new build property and needed a full rework to the back garden. We asked for an Indian sandstone patio, new drainage, small retainer wall and a raised garden area, with turf. Clyde and his team finished earlier than expected (but it didn't feel rushed) and we were really happy with the finished product! We came across Clyde via this website as we had a fairly big landscaping project which included levelling a large lawn, building a base to hold a 21ft summerhouse and laying a large patio area, new turf etc. Clyde was always happy to adjust the plan as we went along, he is very hard working, reliable, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the work was outstanding and we are absolutely delighted with our new garden. I would not hesitate in recommending clyde for any size garden project. Lovely chap,very helpful nothing was too much .Even helped me choose plants for the garden clyde was a excellent worker I'm really pleased with the work he has done for me.

Clyde came to assess the job said he would call back with the cost of the job but never called back. He confirmed my contact details so see no reason why he could not call back to say the job was too small.

I hired Clyde to repoint the back and gable side of my house, though he was hard working, I wasn't very impressed by the quality of his work, and parts were left unfinished. Clyde visited our garden at a mutually convenient time and took on the challenging redesign of our garden - we already had our own drawings of what we were aiming for. He was always so thoughtful and quickly gained both our respect and that of our neighbours, who have since said he was a pleasure to have around.
