Receiving the swatches promptly was the first thing I appreciated. Red leather is iffy. More importantly I found EXACTLY the style recliner I wanted. Waiting with bated breath doesn't come close. It is STUNNING! Larger than expected but fit the footprint for it exactly! It arrived fully assembled. A feature not mentioned is a plus. I prefer the manual version recliner. I don't like handles or anything else to take away from the appearance. I noticed that if you recline completely as you sit up the chair seems to give you a nudge. So there is no frustration getting the footrest to go down. Nor getting more weight on the footrest to make the chair come up to seated position. A feature particularly appreciated by a 'slight' lady.

I'll be moving within the year. So I'll be looking at the Queen sofa beds! Being made here is a MAJOR plus for me too!

As a retired Executive Project Manager for IBM, I have been in a lot of executive boardrooms over the past 20 years. I ordered two matching Arthur Chesterfield leather chair recliners from Club Furniture. I have never seen the quality and workmanship in a piece of furniture. Admittedly, I ordered them under one of their seasonal specials but I would have paid twice as much for this furniture. When I ordered them, I talked to one of the owners, Jeff King, personally. Dear BBB, It took me months to decide on a color for our new sleep sofa. It took looking at several swatches from different companies before we made up our mind on the material. Then we placed the order. We chose Club Furniture. I let them know how we absolutely LOVE our new sleep sofa that was delivered yesterday. The beautiful color, material & craftsmanship that went into making this sofa is out of this world! I had the best communication with the staff at Club Furniture. The emails and phone calls were rapid and solved all my curiosities about which sofa and fabric I would choose. The free samples were very helpful. When the sofa arrived I gasped at how huge and lovely it was. Because I chose the Charlotte sofa in the 110 inch size with the Sparkle fabric, I was overwhelmed at the landscape of the piece. It fit my large living room perfectly and the 5 free pillows made it a giant comfy and inviting showpiece. The ordering process and delivery of the Christine Slip-covered sectional & chair were seamless. Darrin was very nice in helping me decide which arrangement would work best for us. He ended up actually saving us about $1,000. After delivery, I noticed some puckering on the chaise, sent in some photos & Darrin immediately sent a new slip-cover! We are very happy so far, even though it's only been a month (and we were away for 3 of the weeks). The Christine slip-covered sofa, chaise & chair are very comfortable. I know this is long but I want people to know what a great experience we had with Club Furniture.My wife and I needed to buy a new recliner for our family room. Our Lazyboy recliner was falling a part after 6 years. To be fair I'm a big guy at 6' 4" and 280 lbs. We went back to Lazyboy looking for basically the same chair, however, the quality of the same-type of recliner was very poor compared to what we had. But the upholstery was looked like it was done by amateurs and the arms were loose and creaked when you got up, so we left. We checked a few more big furniture stores and they were about the same or worse. So we started to look online. After a week of looking, we kept seeing Club Furniture come up and we really liked several of their chairs.I have to say that buying a piece of furniture online and never seeing, touching it or sitting in it is scary. But we read the reviews, the return policy and decided to go with Club Furniture. We picked out our chair (Arthur Chesterfield in James River leather) and ordered it online. After a few days we received an big envelop with a copy of our order selections and 30 leather samples so we could verify we picked the leather and color we wanted. Very nice! We were impressed! We were concern that the color we picked seemed very dark by the sample. The instructions said to call them when we were ready to verify everything and place the order. We called and spoke to Darin. Darin walked us though the process, discussed our color choice and how the leather color was more a dark Oxblood. I have to say he was very knowledgeable about everything!After 4-5 weeks Club Furniture called and told us our recliner was done and gave us a ship date and the shipping company info. Then the shipping company called with the day and estimated time of delivery. The recliner arrived on time and undamaged and the shipping guys placed in my family room. The recliner is perfect to say the least. The assembly work is top of the line and the leather is just beautiful. My 3 adult kids were very impressed with the design, quality and comfort of the chair. I've had the chair about 6 weeks and it's great.We will definitely buy from Club Furniture again! I love the end product [Kyle Apartment Sized Sectional Sleeper Sofa With Reversible Chaise Lounge]. I paid for all of the extras and am not disappointed. And I would have given them 5 stars but for a few things. I was disappointed with the very small fabric swatches. I would have paid for a larger swatch but this isn't offered. It is difficult to tell from the tiny swatch [like 1" x 3"] the true color; especially if you are trying to match it to other fabrics in your home. I was also disappointed in a few of the customer service people that I spoke with. They promised things and never followed thru. And although they have a varied selection of fabrics, I wasn't impressed. I ended up choosing a machine washable denim color fabric which as it turns out looks a lot lighter than the fabric swatch I received which was fine by me. For the price of the sofa, my expectations as stated above were different than what was offered/provided. But the product itself is very well made. More...

I LOVE my new slip covers. This is the third set of slip covers that I have purchased for my furniture since I first bought it many, many years ago. I've been a customer for years. I started with a sofa and chaise; then added a couple of chairs; then another chair. In the meantime, because I have cats, I've replaced many of the slipcovers (predictable hazard) and purchased a different pattern for some pieces to change out the look of my room. Yesterday I received my 88" Lowry Sofa and was surprised to discover that even though it has a powered recliner on each end the sofa is one complete unit and weighs about 200 pounds! I had to assist the delivery men (who were very polite by the way) in maneuvering it into my house. This was THE ONLY Mid Century style sofa with power recliners on each end that I could find, and I was very apprehensive about ordering a sofa online without being able to sit in it first (I'm a hands-on type person), but this sofa is VERY well constructed and comfortable.
