this place MIGHT have been ok when they first opened but even that’s a reach and man has it gone even further downhill. wouldn’t trust em with a pet rock let alone my dog

horrible owners losing peoples pets and injuring others with no explanation only excuses as to why they can’t afford adequate fencing, staff, or cameras. shady af with red flags everywhere

I love this place they treated me and my blossom like family because of them I was able to enjoy universal studios I can't thank them enough !!!!I deff Recommend this places !

There is no question that my Australian Cattle Dog loves his new friends at Club Hollywoof Inn & Suites. Our fur babies are part of our family's inner circle and we would do anything and everything to keep our kids protected. I have professional walkers daily; daily training sessions with a behaviorist; and not to mention the groomers twice weekly. After careful vetting this facility we came to the conclusion fast that Blue needed to be here. My fur baby is a mess. He does what he wants and when he wants to do it. When I pulled up the first time bringing him myself; the first thing I noticed was how excited he was outside their facility. He dove out the back of the car and took off running to their front door. He sat at the door crying to get in while I rang the bell waiting for it to be answered. From that moment I realized I made the best decision to bring him here and to enjoy his day with other animals. Now when he comes home tome he is completely exhausted. Just what the doctor ordered. LOL I absolutely believe in this place 100% and totally trust in his care. I highly recommend them and you will as I write glowing comments so other parents of fur babies can get their children the attention and love they desire when we are not home with them. I went on vacation with my parents and left my 11 month old puppy here for day care. Reign loved it and enjoyed her time being here. She didn't even notice we left her. Reign is very picky with her furry friends, but when we took her, the owners introduced the dogs one by one and she did so well with all of them. Though she was still timid after she got tired, the owners did not give up on her anyway. I've always wanted to socialize my dog, but dog parks and other doggy day care will not let her because she's been aggressive before. I know she can be great with other dogs if given a chance!!! After much begging, my husband gave in and let me get a puppy. Cash is a 3 month old German Shepherd and an awesome puppy! We recently had our yearly weekend to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights. Great! So what am I going to do with Cash?  We looked on the internet for our options and there are quite a few. We decided we would take him to Orlando with us and board him there. We saw Club Hollywoof online and decided that's where we would take him and wasn't disappointed! I was concerned leaving him anywhere but once the front door opened my anxiety went away. I knew he would be fine and was only a few minutes from our hotel! We had pictures text to us throughout the night so I didn't worry about what he was doing!The house has doggie suites and the backyard is a doggies paradise! When we picked Cash up he was happy and clean after his nice bath! All of this and it was very reasonable. Cash must have had a good time because he slept for a day! I take my two frenchies I take everywhere and I took them on a business trip to Orlando. Since, one of them is puppy who gets into everything I was concerned about leaving them in the hotel alone. I found this place on yelp and from the second the owner answered the phone I felt confident that my puppies would be well cared for. The house is set up for their guest in a caring and sweet manner with even tv shows for the dogs. The backward is a very cool playground and the hostess are the most caring people you can meet. You feel like they are old friends and my dogs did not rush to leave when I arrived. I recommend this loving day care to anyone who cares about their pets.I will be in Orlando again in a couple of weeks and Valentina and Romeo will be guest there one more time.
