CLS Money Brokers exceeded our expectations especially a young woman called Amy M... This woman knows how to handle customers and how to fight for you when things get tough. She is made of stronger stuff. She took over from someone who did not know whether she was coming or going and fought all the way to the finish line with us. She knows how to put lenders in a corner when they are dragging their feet and gets quick answers. She was indeed God sent. After having been denied mortgage by two lenders for various reasons, we were now in danger of losing our preferred house as the developer was becoming weary and impatient. The initial person dealing with our application was not up to scratch. We decided to escalate it and ask for a different staff member and we got Amy who was 10 times better and got the application rolling like a bulletin train. She was constantly updating us at every turn and she would not rest until she get a favourable and satisfactory answer. Words to thank her fail us and we cannot thank her enough for the work she put in. I highly recommend Amy and her alone if you ever come to deal with CLS Money. We completed on the 22nd of November, got our keys and moved in. We are over the Moon now. Thank you very much Amy and CLS Money. Had a difficult time getting a mortgage due to my credit, couldn’t even get a call back. Spoke with CLS and Ellis called me straight back with my options. They always keep you informed every step of the way so there are no periods where you are just wondering what’s going on, like I’ve had with other companies numerous times! Can't complain, brilliant from the off! Started working with Paul who basically told us we could do what no other financial advisor was willing to do. Took mine and my wife's situation into consideration and within days after finding ourselves a property, a mortgage offer was in place which Drew and Emma took care off, and also sorting out our home insurance for us. Other than supplying necessary details CLS did everything for us at a great price. We were never put under pressure and was made so easy for us. Well what can I say! Firstly CLS money have been professional, personable, non judgemental of any financial history, efficient, timely, constantly in touch, supportive, reassuring. . there aren’t enough kind words. They got us on the ladder 2 years ago when everyone else we had tried were no help, so we were already eternally grateful; then 5 months before our fixed term is due to end they contacted us to check in and asked if they could help get us another great rate fixed term! The same unbelievable service has been delivered again so now we have remortgaged with them too..
