What makes a great website?
A great website is built with intention, creativity and careful planning. A website in today's era must me modern, well designed and easy on the eye. No more lumpy buttons and widgets - we love flat, sleek design. The website must always serve a purpose; express your services, show off your portfolio, let customers gain information, obtain leads. Maybe even all?
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project, the questions we'd ask our client would vary entirely surrounding which type of work the project entails. Typically speaking, we'd look to find out your goals, previous work and budget.
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process varies per project, specifically due to different projects requiring different steps and timelines. Generally speaking, we like to get as much info as we can about our client and their business. We'll complete our research to make sure we know enough about your company so we can design to fit. We'll submit a range of different ideas to yourself, allowing the client to pick which route of design they want us to pursue. Once agreed, we'll turn this concept into a reality.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Dependant on which work we are starting, we'd generally like to know as much as possible about your company in question. Contact details, pricing, services & customer base are all essential.
What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about working at Cloudco is the ability to work freely with numerous clients in different sectors. I enjoy the ability to express myself through my work and I hope this reflects in my creative process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There were many factors of inspiration to start my business, but ultimately, it came from a hunger and drive that had been in me since I was 12/13, that I knew would not be satisfied unless I was pursuing my own ideas & taking my own risks.
