What do you love most about your job?
After many years working in the technology sector for BT and KCOM, helping Police forces and large entities improve their telecommunications and contact-centre working, it's exciting to share that experience and best practice with smaller companies and help them to acquire best value solutions that really do help them to compete better and offer a better customer experience.. no matter how small their business is.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The small to mid sized companies have lost so much in-house technology expertise. They lay prey to an often confusing array of solutions from a host of suppliers reporting to be the best at what they do. Having an experienced broker on your side to ask those difficult or unknown questions of suppliers, join up the gaps between aspirations for your business and what appears to be an appropriate supplier, price and technology helping you best achieve it. We like to bring the best value solutions and save your time and therefore money allowing you to do what you do best.
