The girls did a great job on our post remodel construction - whole house cleaning. There was dust everywhere! I mean EVERYWHERE! !! I met with them first for a quote, she let me know what they’ll do & won’t (like move big furniture & open drawers-makes sense)
It was soooo nice to come home to a totally clean house from top to bottom!!!

Used Cloud 9 for a move out cleaning. The setup and quote process was nice and smooth. The person who quoted gave us a rough estimate and made it seem like it wouldn't be too bad. They showed up fairly on time (they were busy and a little behind, but not bad). However, only one person showed up (we were quoted for 2). I went to run some errands and when I came back about 4 hours later there were 5 people piling out of the house. I didn't receive a call that they were done or anything, so luckily I showed up in time to get the house locked up when they were done. When looking at the unit at checkout, there were multiple items missed (ledges not dusted, walls not even attempted to be cleaned as there was standing dust in the corners, light fixtures very dusty).

Then, the bill came. The invoice for the cleaning was $120 more than quoted! All it said was "Took longer than expected". I didn't receive a call or any sort of notification that it was going to take longer or cost more.

After talking with the owner, the matter was resolved and the difference is being taken care of. She was very nice to talk to and was very understanding that this would be a shock to see that. I'm happy with the service, it was just a little disappointing at some parts. More...

We had a wonderful experience with Cloud 9! I called about 7 weeks ago to set up a cleaning for the home we had just purchased in Fargo. They wet very easy to book with over the phone. Day of closing came, and the first team showed up right on time and ready to work. There were some items that they didn’t finish as we knew they wouldn’t in the amount of time they had. They came the next day, again very prompt. They came in, did what they had to do and were out in 1 hour. Very pleased with the service from start to finish.
