My wife and I cannot speak more highly about the professionalism and design talents of Kathryn and the team at Closets, Storage and More.
Kathryn worked within our budget to provide a professional design for three bedroom closets' 1 master and 2 guest bedrooms, along with cabinets for our laundry room. The quality of materials is consistent with other vendors and the installer John was professional and courteous. After living with the closets for several weeks we are so happy we chose them.
Kathryn is a certified designer and came up with a design for our master closet after assessing all of our clothing. The net result was four pieces of empty furniture and two empty bedroom closets. With the added space and efficiency thanks to Kathryn's design my wife and I saved thousands by not having to buy new furniture on top of the benefits of repurposing furniture else where in our home.
The price of this entire project was well within our budget and highly competitive compared to some of the larger companies that do closets. We contacted Closets, Storage, & More for a price on a pantry wall. From the moment Kathryn walked in we knew she was the person for us. She measured the space, sat down and free-hand sketched a plan, gave us a price and just like that we had an install date. That night we were emailed the formal plans (looked just like her sketch) for approval and confirmed our date.

We now have the coolest pantry wall ever! Do you know how fun it is to shop for and organize a pantry wall? We are thrilled and we highly recommend Closets, Storage, & More.

Kathryn came out in a timely manner to help us design our master closets and garage storage units. I was in another state and she was kind enough to FaceTime me and walk me through the process while she met with my husband on site. She sent us drawings to make sure we were all on the same page with the end results. They installed everything in a timely and spotless manner. They even helped us move some of the boxes in the garage since we just moved and most of it was just placed here and there. We love our organized our master closets and garage are! It looks neat and clean and makes life so much easier! Closets, Storage, & More created a DREAM CLOSET for us! We live in a modest-sized builder-basic home in the suburbs and never imagined that a custom closet was possible within our budget (we had previously gotten a quote from The Container Store for a TCS custom closet system and it was shockingly expensive). Plus, while our master closet has high ceilings, it's relatively small and oddly-shaped, so we weren't sure how it could be configured. Kathryn quickly put together great design and gave me a quote at our first appointment. Surprised by the reasonable price, we opted to add a few more bells-and-whistles, including a fold-away ironing board, 24" deep hanging sections, more drawers, and extended everything to the high ceilings. Over several days, Kathryn and I corresponded until we were able to finalize a design -- she provided detailed plans/drawings every time we made an adjustment. She then graciously waited for several months for us to finish our bathroom remodel before installing our closet, and she didn't flinch when I contacted her with additional questions and design changes along the way. Installation day was a breeze -- Kathryn and John were organized, punctual, and tidy. And, seemingly, Kathryn was just as excited about the process and results as I was! She's been designing closets for a long time, so to see her reaction, it's clear that she loves what she's doing! I am so glad that we opted to work with Closets, Storage, & More! More...

We rebuilt 3 closet spaces in our master bedroom. The outstanding touches are the crown molding, the glass cabinets and slow close drawers! They are a fun and professional team who gave us everything on our wish list within our budget! We are so happy we selected Closets, Storage & More to re-do our master closet. Kathryn came up with a design that maximizes our hanging space with 2 pull-out clothes hampers to boot. She was very accommodating when we told her we wanted to incorporate a 5-drawer chest of drawers from the bedroom, and was patient with several design changes. The product quality was top notch and our super friendly and OCD installer, John, did an amazing job.
