Nice team, makes them one of the better Letting Agents out there.As an overseas landlord, I have found all members of the Clintons team to be courteous, helpful and responsive. They personalize their service to individual customers and properties so you don't feel like you're just a number in a system. Their record-keeping is accurate and they're forthcoming with the records, which is helpful when it's time to make your Tax Return.Nobody's perfect, and we've had occasional mistakes and problems over the years, but Clintons are reasonable people to work through issues with.The most common criticisms levied against letting agents (often justifiably) is that they're either officious, dishonest or both. I can vouch that Clintons are not; for me they have been flexible and seem to be fundamentally honest. They operate a simple business model without hidden costs or extra surcharges and so I've never felt overcharged for the services they provide.Recommended. More...
