I work with children, adolescents, and adults at different stages of their lives providing psychotherapy and psychological testing. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to heal suffering and create change. With a nurturing and challenging approach, I will help you or your child to understand beliefs you learned about yourself and the expectations of others that may no longer be helpful. You will learn how to process your emotional reactions, and how to recognize intergenerational family patterns. I enjoy helping my clients develop self-compassion, confidence, meaning, and connection.

My approach is based in child development, trauma theory, and family and social systems. I have worked in hospitals, schools, community mental health clinics, and client’s homes. I use evidence-based interventions for depression and anxiety, issues of body image and self-esteem, attachment disruptions, and trauma.

Additionally, I specialize in child assessment and psychological evaluations. Please inquire about testing for learning and developmental disorders, mood disorders, ADHD rule-out, neurological screening, and diagnostic clarification.
