Outstanding service, I am a local realtor and called Ernest ***** concerning painting for a client that fell ill and had suddenly move to a nursing home. It was short notice and he sent his crew out that weekend and even threw in painting the ceiling with the bid. I also needed help with the colors and he suggested a combination that would appeal to buyers. The condo looked so great that it retrieved the highest price ever in the complex. A difficult task to figure out who to hire for a service job this day and age- so I rely on write-ups and reviews to help me make my decision. I decided to speak to the owner of the company as well. I was told that an interior project the size of my home 1300 square feet can easily be completed in one day with his crew- that is a relief to me given I would likely take time off from work - - one day no big deal! I asked on average how many projects they complete in a season- and was told about 160 (how in demand are they) and asked how long of a wait I would have to get on their schedule if I decide to book them... Ernest let me know that they had begun booking their busy season already- but he would do his best to get the soonest time possible- they are already 4 weeks out. If I'm seeing this correctly ~ based on this BBB site- ANNUALLY their SUCCESS rate the past three (3) consecutive years is 99.9994% and over a three (3 ) year period with three complaints and one neg review- - SUCCESS rate is 99.991%. Cline recently painted the exterior of our house and we're very pleased with the result - high-quality paint and a good, thorough job. The house looks beautiful. Our schedule was pushed back a couple of times because the company is so busy, which eh, not ideal, but also no biggie, and once they started it was all done in a single day. They also kindly painted our front door an accent color at no extra charge. And I appreciate that they did a good job caulking some gaps in our trim, and tacked down a siding board that was starting to curl up a bit. We also came to really appreciate the owner's advice to paint 3' samples squares on the side of our house before choosing our final colors - this sounded like a hassle and we initially thought "that's silly, we can tell what color we want at the store". But we took the advice anyway and are glad we did - as it turns out, the color chips at paint stores only vaguely resemble the final color of the dry paint. D'oh! We ended up painting four separate blocks of sample paint before settling on our final color. Thank goodness we did, as we were eventually able to dial in on the perfect color. This paint will supposedly last 8-10 years, which is nice - we shouldn't have to paint again for a while. But when we do, we'll be calling Cline. More...

I was inspired to have Cline Quality Painting come to give me an estimate - one of the things I was very interested in was the fact that they hand paint versus spray the paint. I hired Cline Quality Painting to paint my house. One thing that really impressed me was the staff, everyone is extremely impressed with how EVERYONE (from the office staff to the painters) was so courteous and available to answer any questions. After a few rain delays they were able to start painting my house. The results were amazing. The paint job was completed in a timely manor and was beautiful. We had our house painted 12 years ago with ***** painting and were very satisfied. We shopped around a bit but the bar was set high previously and we decided for a little more money we got a far superior hand painted exterior paint job. Earnest ***** takes the time to make sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction from start to finish. He answers any and all questions. I called Cline to get my mothers house painted. She is getting old and she really needed her house painted. There was so much board replacement that needed to be done and the paint was chipping. Ernest came out to the house and before he even gave me the estimate, he warned me that his estimate was going to be higher than any other company. I understood that but I still wanted to hear what he had to say. So we walked around my moms house and talked about all of the board replacement, I told him we might want to change the color and then we went inside and he gave me a presentation of all the products they use and why. I was so impressed that, even though they were more expensive, I didn't care. I signed with them right then and there. I wanted my moms house done right and I was sure that Cline and his crew would get it done right and they did! They did such and awesome job that you couldn't even tell that it was the same house. That is the kindness I look for when I am looking for contracting help.They came to my house and gave me a free estimate and they showed me the areas that needed a little extra help and told me what they would do to make it better. I had hired Cline Quality Painting to do both interior and exterior work on my house and I could not have been more satisfied with the work that they did. I was having a hard time choosing which painter I should go with until Marjorie came to my house and gave me my estimate. She was so nice and very well educated (well in my opinion because I dont know much about this stuff). But when she sat down with me and went over everything that their company was about I just had a strong gut feeling that I should go with this company and my gut was so right! Wow. Cline Quality Painting did an AWESOME job painting my house!
I was really impressed with the painters because the painted my whole house in one day.
They only do hand brush and roll which is why it was so impressive. It has to be a lot hard than the high speed sprays. These guys worked their butts off to make sure that my house was finished and the owner, Ernest, is such a wonderful guy! I didn't have to sign anything and I didn't have to pay one dime until I was satisfied with the job that was done. Which is very obvious that I am satisfied. I had Cline Quality Painting paint my house about a month ago. I was very impressed by the degree of professionalism I experienced from the Owner, Salesperson, Customer Service Individual and Crew.
They go over and beyond other contractors for the type of service they provide.I have had my house sprayed out several times in the past, and couldn't get more then 5 years out of a paint job on my house. The products they provide, and the hand brush and roll method are clearly the best out there.

I was very impressed with the work of Cline Quality Painting. I got the chance to meet everyone that helped me every step of the way. When I first called I got a hold of Marjory. She was very energetic and sweet. But what really made me like her was the fact the she is very well educated when comes to painting someones house. She had an answer to every question I had and when she came to my house to give me my estimate she told me even more than what I knew myself (which is a lot) so I signed up with her right then and there. The cost didn't matter to me. I just loved how well educated she was. I had seen many other painters and I was not as impressed with them.I then got to meet the owner of the company, Ernest. He was wonderful. Just an all around great man that knows what he is doing. I trusted his crew to get the job done right because I saw how well he trained Marjory and I knew for a fact that he would train the painters just as hard, if not harder. I suggest that anybody that is looking to get there house painted (interior or exterior), use Cline.I had them come out to my house two years ago and the paint still looks fantastic. They painters know what they are doing when it comes to painting a house. Ernest, the owner, knows everything when it comes to painting. Ernie and his team are fantastic. I highly recommend. His company truly understands the phrase: "the customer comes first. " He and his paint crew did everything they said they would do: They showed up on time, kept the grounds around my home cleaned up, used quality paint and caulk and got the job done in less than one day. They were all polite, kind, well kept and hard working. In this world today of sloppy customer service, not being punctual and under-deliverying Clines Quality Painting is operating from another manual. A manuel that reads: we are grateful for trusting your home's appearance with us and we won't let you down. You'll feel that right away when you meet them for the first time. I totally disagree with any negative comments regarding this company. They have done numerous projects for me and have done everything Ernest said they wouldn do and more. His painters are a super clean crew and totally professional. They even did some texturing prior to painting because they wanted their paint job to be totally professional and look good. I did not have to clean anything up after their job was done. They were all gentleman and Ernest came by several times to make sure all was going as he said it would. They came on time, said how long it would take and did the job that way. I would recommend Cline Quality Painting to anyone at any time for interrior or exterior painting. Their painting is done the good ole fashioned way with top quality products. Ernest is easy to contact and talk to regarding any aspect of his company. He is a down to earth real person of high morals which is hard to find these days. His company is so good and so responsible that he doesn't require down payment to start the job and you have 3 days or more to check out the work done prior to paying for the services. Any corrections that might need to be done are done before you pay. His prices have always been competative and if someone gives you a cheaper price I would ask a lot of questions because tomorrow they may not even be in this town. Low price people come and go but Ernest Cline is here to back up his promises.
You truly can't go wrong with this company and I know many people personally that have used Cline Quality Painting with the same experiences that I have had. Ernest is a man of integrality and strives to do the best in all he does.

We were impressed by the fact that Cline Quality Painting would hand wash and hand paint the house as opposed to other painters who wanted to power wash and then spray the house. We hired Cline and are extremely impressed with not only the quality of the painting but also the professionalism of everyone involved in the project. They were prompt, clean and efficient. They delivered exactly what they promised, no money up front and our house has never looked better. I was so impressed I had them come back and paint the interior of my home as well.
