Well hi there! I've been designing and developing for the web since 2001. I began my career working for big boys like Ford, Visa and PBS, but have since found that I enjoy working with non-profits and small businesses so much more. The sites I've built for my clients have changed many of their lives, opening up entirely new revenue streams and giving them the freedom to pursue their passions--both in business and their personal pursuits.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What their primary goal is. To get a lead? Make a sale? Inform someone? Get them to take some other specific action? A website, and each of its pages, should have a specific goal in mind and everything else should be complimentary to obtaining that goal.

The combination of creativity and analytical thinking, plus the location independence isn't a bad side effect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No longer satisfied with the creative, locational and financial limitations of working for a boss, I realized that if I want to be in control of my own income and ultimately life, I needed to take matters into my own hands. If that sounds like you, too, we'd likely make a great match.
