My name is Emma and I've had a lifelong career working with dogs.

I also provide and carry out other dog training and care services.

A dedicated and caring professional, I pride myself on my approach with owners as much as with the dogs themselves.

No matter what the breed or age of dog, no matter what the problem. I aim to help the owner understand and find the right approach to train it.

Any breeds of any age are welcome.

I revolve around your dog becoming a well behaved, healthy much loved member of your family.

All my methods are reward based and kind.
I do not use any harsh methods.

My aim is that both dog and owner gain confidence, learn and enjoy training.

I had a litter of 9 pups microchipped by Emma she came to my house so I didn't have to transport the pups not a murmur off any of the pups all done quick and calm and made the pups feel at ease. I returned to Emma to have my own 2 pups chipped stormzy was a breeze but Tahlula is a nervous reck and Emma new this and reassured her and made it as quick as possible as not to upset her. Amazing job xxx

I had a very noisy very unsociable Frenchie who was a nightmare to walk, she barked at everyone and everything. I had spoken to psychologists and vets about what was happening and hen I found Emma online. She took Harley for a week and I honestly can’t believe the difference in her, I am not saying she is perfect now but Emma has given us a much more social dog back and has given me as an owner the tools to help Harley whilst we are out walking! Would massively recommend x

We adopted Molly, a 2 year old Staffie cross rescue dog at the end of January. She hadn't had the best start in life and I doubt she had ever been outside, looking at her pads, which were pink and soft like a puppy's. She was extremely nervous of everything - people, dogs, cars, you name it. She didn't know how to play and would watch me while I rolled a ball back and forth without attempting to go near it.
Emma was recommended to us and we had an hour long consultation with her the first week Molly was with us. It soon became clear that although Molly was very affectionate to us we didn't have the skills to take her training further. Molly has been going to Emma for 3 weeks now. The first 3 days were just spent getting to know Emma, her family and socialising with Emma's own dogs. In week 2, this continued but with a 2 night stay at Emma's, while we went to the Lake District. In week 3, Molly greeted Emma the same way she greets us. Again she stayed 2 nights and came back knowing how to play with the other dogs and with a ball.
The change in Molly from when we got her to now is unbelievable. She is now a happy dog, her tail wags and she has learned a few basic commands. The training with Emma will continue as Molly had no life skills/knowledge at all and is having to learn from scratch. We can't wait to see what changes the next weeks and months with Emma bring. Molly is set to become one super dog.

My dogs just come back from a weeks residential training. The change in her already is amazing. I’d given up on the idea of ruby being able to socialise with other dogs or having much needed off lead runs. Lead walks were a hard work with her pulling and being reactive to other dogs. Emma sent me videos to show me within days she was playing with a big group of dogs having the time of her life and was also walking nicely on a lead without reacting to passing dogs. She came back very happy and think she actually really missing her new friends. Emma gave me the advice I needed to continue guiding ruby, she is an amazing trainer who loves dogs. I am now looking forward to walkies again and I can’t thank her enough
