Just a word….DREADFUL !!!!!
Worst contractors I’ve EVER had to deal with. Nothing in the kitchen works properly..I switch the cooker switch off….
and the fridge goes off. Doors scrape along the floor.

Was promised kitchen installation 9-13th December. Didn’t happen. Kitchen removed on 14th December. I was left with no kitchen for more than 6 weeks. ..no washing, laundry or cooking facilities whatsoever. Installation started on 20th January..took 4 weeks the they left without finishing the electrics. I had to employ and pay for an independent electrician to finish my kitchen. More...

I organised for Ryan at Cherwood to replace some kitchen appliances and plumbing for me while I was on holidays last month. We came back to a pristine kitchen and plumbing that finally worked! Apart from the new appliances, sink and tap, you could never tell they'd been in the house as it was left spotless. Would definately recommend. After much deliberation and 5 quotations (from others) later I accepted Clerwood’s quotation for a new kitchen & utility. I attended the showroom and confirmed the design and the whole sales process was fantastic . I then had the technical survey carried out and we found an old redundant gas pipe which would cause an issue for our corner unit carousel. They amended the costs slightly to allow for the additional works and we set the installation dates. On the agreed dates (May2019) the team arrived as planned and so did the contracts manager. I found the installers clean, tidy and well mannered. David the head installer always kept us updated at the end of the day and emails from the office confirmed the next stages. The final most satisfying aspect of it all is the finished product. I can’t thank the whole team enough for their efforts and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again. More...

To be honest we were apprehensive using a company we hadn’t heard much about to design and install a new bathroom for us but keen to keep things local we did and are 100% glad we did. I can not recommend these guys enough and will definitely use them again. From the day we walked into the showroom until the job was completed, every single person involved was meticulous in what they did. Their customer skills were fantastic, every step of the way discussing what was happening, how things were going advising on options, and making sure we were happy with everything. Every one of them happy to go that extra mile. They didn’t try to “sell” to us they worked with us to provide a solution that fitted with our budget. We will definitely use this company again. Right folks, if you want top class installers and finishes, then I highly recommend Clerwood - I and my wife just have had our kitchen designed and fitted by them, we had a wonderful personal design service, we wanted really high quality granite work tops and a contemporary look.
