What do you love most about your job?
Making dreams happen. Whilst I pride myself on finding the lowest rate and lowest cost options for my clients, the sense of satisfaction from making peoples dreams come true is really what makes me tick whether it be finding an option for a young couple buying their first home or that dream extension, holiday home or new restaurant, the biggest reward is realising dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My career started in property over 25 years ago and I quickly moved in to management with major high street corporations before joining at the time one of the largest mortgage and finance brokers in the UK. After 10 years as an adviser and senior manager and having enjoyed several years as Head of Operations for another large broker, I realised quite often the process of obtaining finance was cumbersome and disjointed. My vision was to combine the latest technology with the best specialist advisers I can find with a common underlying theme of having the whole process handled by a dedicated, specialist adviser; no call centres, real, personable service.
