What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew that business owners needed a flexible service and a consultant that they could trust to help them work things through with. Many clients do not want to be tied to contracts with big agencies or speak to call centre staff. They want to build a relationship with an advisor who they know understands their business. I knew that I could provide the service that they wanted.
