What do you love most about your job?
I feel privileged to do the work that I do. I love being able to help clients, whether they are individuals or relationships learn more about themselves and use this awareness to make more intentional choices about the lives they lead.
Sometimes clients come to me when they are at very challenging times in their lives...at these times I feel a great satisfaction in helping clients develop the courage to visit some uncomfortable places, challenge themselves to step outside of their comfort zones and make bold decisions.
There are very few people who don't value having great relationships in their lives and I get huge satisfaction from helping individuals and couples develop new and revitalised connections with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business around 15 years ago when my children were young when I wanted a career which allowed me to combine a fulfilling working life which also allowed me to spend the time I wanted with my family. My business allows me to have both.
Why should our clients choose you?
I combine my own life experiences, 15 years of working as a coach with a diverse range of clients along with a high level of professional training.
I take professional deveIopment very seriously and am a Certified Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, both accredited by the International Coach Federation.
The client-coach relationship lies at the heart of how I work with clients. Before working together I ensure we have the basis for an open, honest and healthy relationship. Clients say they feel supported by me, can easily open up to me and also appreciate my directness and ability to help clients challenge and stretch themselves.
