Rebecca went above and beyond. What a fantastic shop. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of photography. Different paper type, frame types and matting. I will come back here every time I'm in town and need my photos retouched or framed. If you want ordinary photos this is not your place. After several years of poorly organized photo shoots for our junior football & cheer franchise, I was thrilled with an extremely efficient photo day for us, organized by Clear Image. It has been a challenge in the past trying to finish ~150 individual athlete & seven team photos in a timely manner. I asked them to create a wrap around canvas for me shortly before Christmas. It was a last minute idea. It was a very meaningful one for a friend who is a veteran and a police officer. Although they were swamped, they managed to get it done for me in record time. They were very quick to answer my questions and address any potential issues with my design. Wow, just got my first print done here and I couldn't be more impressed! We're planning a trip to China and went to Clear Image for our visa photos. The photo specifications for a China visa are unique & stringent. Troy worked hard to get it just right! I took my vhs tapes to Clear Image and they put them on a DVD for me, they did a wonderful job of transferring the tapes over, and in a timely manner I would recommend them to anyone who wanted the job done right the first time.

I had an old VHS tape transferred to DVD and they did it quickly and were very professional as well. What was on the VHS tape meant a lot to me and I was comfortable having them transfer the tape and not damaging it. I will be returning for future services. More...

I am not one to write reviews so when I find a business that is deserving of a review; I will take the time to share my experience for others. I can truly say that my experience with Clear Image Darkroom has been nothing less than great. From custom frames to studio photography and trust me with a new born they have the best new born photography package ever. My wife and I are very happy with their services. She demands nothing but perfection. And they meet her demands every time. I recently purchased a DSLR camera and I had no clue how to use the settings on the camera. We looooove this place! Family photos, kid shoots, maternity, newborn - the whole shebang! Mindy is a miracle worker with little ones and I love her attention to detail - never a hair out of place, not a shirt tail showing - she's the best. Their bunny photos for Easter are the absolute BEST! The customer service is excellent and personal, which is such an unexpected surprise luxury these days. I just had to share my excitement about this new company in Sequim, Clear Image. Daniel Jolly is the owner and a wizard in his field. He is so completely focused on every little detail that your print ends up looking just like an original! The color matching to the original painting was perfect! I admire his patience through all of my technical questions. He has scanned several original paintings and each is again perfect in color matches. The finished framed pieces are FABULOUS!
