Fantastic End of tenancy cleaning
Well, I don't give many 5 star reviews, I try to save those for the best of the best. Well, James and the Agency truly earned it in my book.

After our 1st child was born 3 years ago, keeping the house clean quickly became a very cumbersome chore. I wanted to help my wife by obtaining a highly rated cleaning agency with a track record of years of quality and trusted service.

In my quest to find an agency I could trust and rely on, I was referred by a coworker. This was a blessing, I called and met James on the phone. I was immediately put at ease by his professional demeanor. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns as if he had been doing this his whole life. He definitely takes pride in his company and it shines through in the service we receive at each cleaning.

I have to say that I did not know my home could be so clean on such a consistent basis. We use their service regularly as I am a busy professional and my wife is a full time mother. This really is a service we simply cant do without now.

Also, I recommend the window cleaning service! I didn't even realize windows could be so dirty... once cleaned our house had such a glow!

I used tenancy cleaner for our end of tenancy clean and they were amazing, reliable, friendly, from start to finish with an amazing results.
The communication was excellent they kept informing us about the timing etc.

The cleaners were very hard working and made the house look much better than when we moved in.

Trusted, Safe, No "hidden costs" and super reasonable for the quality. The team was amiable and very easy to communicate with and super responsive via email and phone.

THE HOUSE IS SPOTLESS!!! So much better than had I done it myself, and not to mention how much longer it would have taken me. There was no stone left unturned, and the white (it's a former rental) carpet looked like it had been shampooed.

The two-person cleaning team was really thoughtful and respectful of the space, and very friendly. For two busy professional parents who are also trying to get settled in a new home, it took so much off our plate to have Susan and her team come in.
