We met Cleaning Service Co in 1995 at a previous resident. When we moved in 2001, our person of all those years had left. What I love about this company is how they WANT the customer to be happy . What facilitates this easily is you can either talk with or email Susan, talk through any issues, and she works with you changing people if necessary, accommodating schedule changes (who doesn't need a flexible service provider these days?), updating on household changes, anything. If we are still with them for 20 years, you gotta know we're satisfied. The added benefit is the self-satisfaction knowing that our business is supporting a locally owned business. When I moved to Williamsburg, I thought my previous cleaning service was going to be irreplaceable. Not so! I found CSC by word of mouth, and am so glad I did. They're affordable and flexible, and the staff is thorough, efficient, trustworthy, friendly and reliable. Our regular cleaner also treats our pets as if they were her own.
