Anthony came out to have a look at our carpets and we then booked a convenient time on a Saturday for them to wash our office carpets.

Some spots did not come out though, when I discussed this with him telephonically, he made an appointment to come out and have a look at it. They will be coming out to redo certain spots.

I unfortunately will NEVER use them again and therefore will not recommend them at all! They are extremely expensive and do not deliver to the price charged. If you complain they charge an additional fee and come with the excuse that when I left you were happy. When my exact words were do you think that carpet is clean? Am not sure how to respond to your comment but i know our price is affordable when compared with other cleaning companies. An we always do a good job. More than 3 hours was spent cleaning your heavily soiled lounge carpet, a corner couch and a loose rug that is very very dirty and soiled with dog urine. Days later, you said the loose rug is smelling and we offered to come back and clean it again, but asked if you can give us only petrol money to facilitate our movement to your house. We do not know what happened to the rug due to you have dogs. Maybe they weed on it again. We also said you can bring it to us if you are unable to give us the transport money. We never heard from you again.
