I currently work for a company that uses cleaning concepts as our primary cleaners and I have been completely satisfied with their services. The employees are very consistent and take care of any issues immediately. If there is a problem (which is very rare), it is handled as soon as possible and without further issue. Our job is an extremely large retail store that sees a lot of foot traffic and becomes very filthy, especially in the winter months. After our floors are cleaned by Cleaning Concepts, they are immaculate. I have been beyond impressed with the company and recommend using them to others and I will continue to do so. More...
