We are thrilled with our newly sanded floor! The room has been transformed as previously it had a very dark stain all over as well as imperfections. Its now smooth and light in colour -brightening it up no end. I have the option of clicking on "Good quality" "Good value" "Professional" "Responsive" and "On Time." This company is all of those and so much more. Someone cleaned our marble floor with bleach. This wasn't a good thing, the marble absorbed it and discoloured resulting in ruining the entire floor. Alicia made a great effort at protecting the floor from existing furniture which couldn't easily be moved. Sanded back the tiles past the discolouration, polished and sealed. It's not often enough you meet someone who takes pride in their work, this was clear by the effort taken to remove all signs of damage. It was actually a bit of a shame to put the furniture back, the ten year old floor feels smooth and brand new. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you. More...

We cannot rate Alicia and team highly enough! We had damaged our marble seating area and sandstone patio after we painted our fence with a stain oil which splashed onto, and penetrated, the marble and sandstone and marked them extensively - even through a dust sheet! We were so stressed at the damage we caused and embarrassed at ruining our garden. We had given up hope when a London-based marble repair company has visited our property and seen the marble and sandstone to be repaired and advised us that the damage was too extensive to repair. We were about to fork out thousands of pounds for replacement marble and sandstone when we came across Tile Cleaning Agents. We are so thankful we spoke with the team! Alicia was responsive, knowledgeable, solutions-focussed and gave a reassuring appraisal after seeing the photos of the damage. The team visited at the agreed date and time and used impressive quality products and equipment. They worked non stop and are clearly perfectionists. They painstaking buffed all the marble and applied a protective coating, and sanded the sandstone and applied a sealant to prevent further staining. What a stark difference in attitude and professionalism than we had experienced with the London-based marble company who had earlier concluded there was nothing they could do. The cost of the work was very reasonable and - most importantly - the end result was rescued marble and sandstone back to its original condition. WOW... what can I say....VERY impressed with the fast efficient and very clean service. We had our lounge, stairs and landing cleaned yesterday, and we had wine staines along with other various horrible stains from a sick pet. EVERYTHING came out, we are now left with incredibly clean and almost shop new looking carpets.
