3 cleaners in less than 2 months. The 1st had no experience, the 2nd was good but had travel issues and did not speak English. The 3rd was ok but missed a few things and again did not speak English. Cleanify think that cleaners not speaking English is acceptable and we can communicate to the cleaner via them. This makes it very awkward to say the least. Also, with Cleanify you pay the cleaner directly and the agency send you a separate invoice for their fee. We stated we would pay the cleaner by online payment... however, the cleaners want cash :| More...
