Mark and his staff are amazing - wholly focused on customer satisfaction. The service provided has made life so much more easier for me as am caring for my post stroke husband and am now disabled - trying to keep on top of housework was becoming a nightmarish struggle - found Mark online - can't say enough in thanks and appreciation - the housekeeper we have is so kind and wonderful - nothing is too much bother, great attention to detail, has a lovely personality and is so caring. Always have a lovely sense of calm when she leaves, having, once again, restored order out of chaos! I believe that this positive, caring aand hardworking attitude comes from the ethos that Mark has created.
