How long have you been in business?
Cleanhome (Stafford ) has been in business since 2016. However the Cleanhome network was first established in 2009.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All our cleaners are self -employed and the majority of our clients have the cleaner use their own products and equipment. This is mainly because it prevents cross contamination and it keeps rates lower.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and making a difference to the people we meet. Whether this is receiving feedback from a client to say how much they have valued our service and the difference it is making to their quality of life or providing the opportunity for a cleaner to work with a client where they enjoy the work they do and feel valued.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be honest initially to give myself a better work/family life balance having worked for over 32 years in NHS in senior management roles.

There is always a warm welcome from your first contact with us over the telephone, through to a face to face appointment to understand your needs and in delivering ongoing service and support. We identity check, vet and reference check all our cleaners and always interview them in their own home. To do this means we invest a lot of our time in selecting the right cleaners for you. We will provide you with all the information on how we work as a business including costs at consultation.

We provide all information about our services now over the phone or via email prior to making any appointment with you, this also includes Government guidelines required for delivering a cleaning service in your home. As a result this reduces the amount of time we need to meet with you in your home to assess your needs.

Domestic Cleaning Services
We provide regular weekly or fortnightly domestic cleaning services.
Services include all general household domestic duties including inside windows, changing bedding, washing and ironing services within the home.
