We are the domestic side of a highly successful commercial cleaning business which was established in 1997. The commercial side of our company is a leading provider of cleaning services to business premises throughout the North-West. We have an experienced team of professional business people that are here to make sure your experience with us exceeds your expectations. We have been trading as CleanhHappy for five years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
It's so much better for you if you provide the cleaning products, let us explain: There are hygiene benefits, e.g. if cloths, mops and even vacuum cleaners are being transferred to and from your property or being used in another property, they will pick up bacteria on the way. Do you really want a mop that's been used in another persons bathroom to be used in your kitchen? Or do you want a vacuum cleaner that's been used to pick up pet hairs from another property to be used in yours?
We also want your expectations to be high; by using your own favourite and preferred cleaning products, our cleaners will get the results you are expecting, especially if you are asking us to carry out a task that requires specialist products.
What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction means a lot to us, so when when we get positive comments from customers, that makes us feel good also.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We knew from personal experience, that there are not enough hours in a day to all the things we'd like to do, so we wanted to free up time for everyday hardworking people in our community.
At the same time we want to create a great deal for the cleaners that work with us; they choose when and where they work and we encourage them to take control of their work lives.
