We have had a weekly clean with Clean Sweep for the last few months - it was very easy to arrange - Becki took some details over the phone, and then came out to visit us. She was very reassuring and professional, and the ladies who have come to clean have been great. The cleaning teams always turn up when they say they will, they've never cancelled a clean even when some of the staff are poorly. How long have you been in business?
Established in 2007, Clean Sweep is privately owned and managed - we are truly a local business.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring everything we need to clean with us - this includes vacuum cleaners, cloths, sponges, dusters, bin bags, cleaning, products....
Why should our clients choose you?
Not only are we a fantastic team of cleaners, the service is backed by excellent customer care and real attention to detail. We try to be as flexible as possible, and we try to fit in with our clients - not the other way around.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have brought in a number of changes to ensure that we are able to keep everybody safe.
We ensure that masks are worn to the door of each clean, and throughout the clean if you are in the same room.
We ensure that gloves are worn (and changed throughout the clean)
We provide disposable aprons to all our staff, to prevent any transfer from clothing. These are changed for each and every clean.
We continue to wash our hands frequently throughout the day, and have a reliable supply of 73% alcohol hand sanitiser, along with specialist sanitisers for the vehicles and mobile phones.
We ensure that the cleaning kits are cleaned in between each clean.
We also carry a virucide, which we use to clean all touch points as we work through your house.
All of the staff are required to take their temperatures at the start of each working day - these are recorded and monitored.
We ask all of our customers to let us know if anyone is self isolating or is symptomatic, we will not clean a property if there is any risk of Covid.
Regular domestic cleaning
We offer a weekly, fortnightly or 4-weekly cleaning service, starting with our minimum clean of 2 hours up to as many hours as you need. We supply all the products and equipment necessary.
End of tenancy cleaning
We provide a thorough end of tenancy cleaning service - aiming to make your move less stressful!
As a guide, these are the tasks we undertake:
Thorough bathroom clean
Walls, doors, skirting boards in each room
Light switches and socket covers
Removing cobwebs and high level dusting
Cleaning of banisters and spindles on stairs
Cleaning mirrors
Cleaning insides of windows
Thorough kitchen clean including insides of cupboards
Cleaning of fridges and freezers
Oven cleaning
Cleaning bins
Cleaning floors
Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hardwood floors
Cleaning of all surfaces
As with our regular cleans, we provide everything necessary for the clean.
Spring cleaning
We tailor our spring cleans to your requirements - we can do a whole house or just one room - however we can help.
We can arrange carpet cleaning as well.
