Richard did an excellent and thorough job cleaning all our carpets. We recently moved house and it's now so nice that all the carpets are fresh and clean which makes them feel newer too. He worked very hard all day as there are a lot of carpets and he is a nice courteous man. He gave good advice about after care and the carpets were dry by the following morning. I went on the internet and decided in a small local company against a massive one. Gosh did I do well. Richard came to see me on the same day and assessed my carpet. We are talking pee stains because of puppy and lots of other stains on a cream carpet which had never been cleaned in 5 years. Richard fitted me in for two days later. I was obviously worried regarding the end results. He turned up as expected, on time and carried out the best job ever. I am so pleased with his work. The carpet looks brand new!!!! At 2 pm in the morning our carpets were covered with vomit from a teenager! It was not pleasant and we thought it would mean new carpets. Phoned 'clean-my' the following morning and 12 hrs later there was no visible evidence anything had happened. 48 hrs later, carpets were completely dry with just the faint odour of cleaning agents. Carpet Cleaning
Vacuuming your carpets is not always enough due to the wear and tear they take. In order to prolong the life of your carpets it is recommended that you use a qualified professional carpet cleaner. If you suffer from allergies, have children or pets, then regular carpet and upholstery cleaning is a must. For this reason all our chemicals are child, pet and environmentally friendly.
To greatly reduce drying times we use a powerful twin vac hot water extraction system (also known as steam cleaning).
Rug Cleaning
We offer a professional Rug Cleaning to the Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham and Eastleigh areas. So if you are unsure of how to clean your rug, call our fully trained technician. Stain Removal
When you call Clean-my Carpets and Upholstery, we will discuss the stain removal with you and, in the event that a consultation can be arranged to physically inspect it, we will be able to confirm how likely the stain will be removed before any expense is incurred to yourself.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to remove a stain. There can be many reasons for this. Clean-my Carpets and Upholstery will be able to explain why if such a situation arises. However, if we are unable to completely remove the stain, we can normally dramatically reduce it's appearance.
Make sure you call us as quickly as you can after a stain occurs (we will advise what to do in the meantime), as the length of time that lapses afterwards could affect the chances of the stain being removed.
