I had contacted Clean Cut Painting on this site to get a quick quote for comparison purposes. Peter and Greg got back to me with an exceptionally competitive quote in an extremely quick timeline. I had a two bedroom condo to be painted in a 3 day time line between tenant departure and move in, and Peter had assured me they could get everything done in time.On the day they started, Peter sent Zdenko over as the foreman to start prepping and working on the unit. Zdenko was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to patch walls properly and to talk me through some colour options and helped explain what the process was going to be.To meet the quick turnaround, Peter sent over an additional 2 people on the subsequent days, and they wrapped everything up before 2pm on the 3rd day. Everything was left extremely clean in the unit and the work was spectacular. We needed the exterior of our house painted, it was a large job as our entire house is wood siding. We initially had 4 companies come to give us estimates and we were quite frustrated. Two companies never got back to us, one was ridiculously expensive, and one we just didn't trust. A friend recommended we call Greg at Clean Cut Painting. Greg and Peter were easy to work with and they promised us they and their team would do a great job at a reasonable price. They delivered! Scott and Brandon were amazing to deal with! They arrived on time, with all the equipment, and made the job super easy for us. We had some wallpaper put up, and despite the room being hard to maneuver, they very carefully moved around our things to make sure the job gets done with minimum damage. We didn't have enough wallpaper to cover everything we wanted - so they offered to paint it instead (for free!!). The guys from Clean Cut were a professional group that quoted best pricing, did the job in the time span requested and even worked on the weekends to get the job completed for us. Peter said we would be happy with it all. We are. Sam showed up to take care of the ceiling. From a popcorn ceiling he created a billiard table smooth ceiling that is a sight to behold. As he left, the place was absolutely clean, you realized you had met a person that is a decent fellow not soon to be forgotten.
Then in walked Zdenko. Same type of decent fellow that put his heart into being sure we were happy with it all. The job went very smoothly due to his expertise and shows beautifully.

Peter managed all projects at my income property in July 2017. His company offered decorating & interior paint services throughout the entire property. Paint color was selected by the company. Peter also acted as general contractor for various projects to prepare the house for listing. These services included providing his recommendations & oversight to the contractor (s) selected for a complete renovation of the front exterior. Project included leveling driveway, installing new drain, new arbor stone retaining wall, new front steps, planter box & front door landing. This offered more driveway space. They were also able to start within a few days which was great because we were anxious to have it all completed before the holiday season. The crew showed up as scheduled. Scotty, Zdenko and Brenden were extremely professional and very nice. They took great care in making sure our furniture and floors were protected. They were quick and efficient. This week Clean Cut did a painting job for us. It was time for a refresh of the walls and ceilings and trim in our living room, dining room, hallway, and main bathroom. Clean Cut Painting painted the interior of my entire home (ceilings, trim and walls) prior to moving in. The quote process was simple and efficient and was reasonable from a cost perspective. I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend them to others.Work was completed over a number of days and the quality of the work along with the care given for the house was fantastic. Clean Cut Painting definitely know what they are doing and took what was a complex painting job (oil on stucco ceiling, trim/chair rails, multiple colors, holes patching, priming dark colors, sanding walls, etc.) and delivered both on cost and timing. Had the whole house painted after completing renos. Greg came to quote, check on progress during work, and walk-through at the end. Great guy and super responsive throughout the job. Scott & his partner are pros. This is the second house they've painted for us and I love the way it looks. I was comfortable leaving them while I was at work, and when I was home they even offered to bring me coffee back from their lunch break. I would recommend this company to anyone. We needed to update our living room and Renovate our guest room to turn it into a room for our little guy. Greg from Clean Cut was terrific from the start. He walked through the jobs with us, talked about some ideas for design and how we could do the job cost effectively.We had the ceilings stripped from that popcorn finish to a smooth surface, had all walls and ceilings painted, and had trim and crown put in each room. The interior of my house was looking tired. I wanted my popcorn stucco ceilings scraped, refinished and repainted as well as the entire interior of my 2400 square-foot home.
Peter came in, took a look around and provided me a very reasonable estimate and timelines for the job to be done.
I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only was the job done on time,
the crew was extremely professional and clean. Removing stucco ceiling can be very messy. They took care of my furnishings and belongings and treated my home with respect.
We added new crown moulding to two of the rooms, painted all the ceilings, all the walls and trim. I feel like I'm living in a brand-new home!
And it didn't disrupt my life or my pocketbook too badly to do it.
