About me
I'm a transcultural Person Centred Counsellor Registered Member of the BACP. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
I'm a trained Individual and Group Therapist, since 2012 I’ve been working with clients in the NHS, children's charity Place2Be, as specialist support Counsellor for women victims of domestic violence and my own private practice in De Beauvoir Town, Hackney London, N1


I offer our first consultation free of charge so it allows you the space to ask questions and go through how therapy can help areas you want to address at present. If you would like to have this consultation, simply get in touch and we'll arrange either a phone or face-to-face appointment at a time that's convenient for both.

I take pride in the high-quality therapy I provide and the results my clients experience. I am a campaigner for accessible and affordable therapy for all and try my best at keeping my fees as accessible as possible, please do inquiry if you wish to access therapy but are out of work or on low wages.

My clinical practice adheres to the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists BACP and its Ethical Framework, meaning my work is regularly monitored and supervised.

Fees and types of therapy sessions I offer:
I offer open-ended and flexible plans for structured therapy sessions

Open-ended Therapy:
Open-ended therapy means we would meet once a week, setting out what you hope to gain from therapy and working on achieving that. Open-ended therapy can end whenever you feel ready, or need to take a break, depending on the level of crisis or need you have at present, we can arrange to start weekly sessions with a view of reducing according to your needs, or vice-versa, the most important aspect is ensuring is at a pace that works for you.
I'm mostly booked but we can always try to make schedules work, we will discuss this in consultation.

-Individuals: £50 per session, 50 mins per session - Free Initial Consultation
-Couples Therapy: £80 p/session, 50 mins per session- Free initial Consultation
-Family & Group Therapy: Fees on request-depending on size of groups

Structured Therapy Plans:
This type of structured therapy follows the NHS model of Counselling, meaning you can choose a 6 or 10 week session plan. Structured therapy means that it works with a beginning, middle and end, guided by what you hope to achieve from therapy and reviewing progress as we go through each stage.

Cost £290, 6 week plan, 50 mins per session- Free Initial Consultation
Cost £480, 10 week plan, 50 mins per session- Free Initial Consultation

Further information:
Given my background in social and youth work, I am also highly knowledgeable of multi-disciplinary and referrals support systems in the country, especially those supporting members of minority and ethnic community groups. I will go through this with you when we meet for assessment.
