What kind of accounting services do you provide?
compilation services for internal use only. Quarterly payroll and sales tax returns plus year-end tax filings. Employee payroll deductions.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
We all know how complex the tax laws are. What would you rather do? Run your own business (something you are an expert with) or run your business and worry about all the tax laws (something most businesses aren't that familiar with) and the tax deadlines? Plus most businesses don't have the tax software needed to file a complete and accurate return. There is the famous saying that applies to many other businesses too "If you act as your own accountant you have a fool as a client". You can substitute attorney, medical doctor, plumber etc. for accountant. We just don't have the skills to become expert at everything we need. There just is no "Accounting for Dummies" or "How to run you own business for Dummies" etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients take care of their business needs and being a part of their success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt I was ready to go out on my own and be my own boss.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't nickle and dime you to death if you have questions unless the question requires research or a lengthy reply. I keep my fees reasonable. I know I work hard for my fees and I know you do the same for your customers and we all want to get a fair price for what we get in return.
